B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Tokai-Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency, or in tenders by Tohoku University,
C meet content specified in the tender documentation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Ministry of education.
E Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
