procedures : Suppliers eligible for
participating in the proposedtender are those who shall :
(A1) not come under Article 70 of
the Cabinet Order concerning theBudget, Auditing and Accounting.

Assistance that obtained theconsent necessary for concluding a
contract may be applicable undercases of special reasons within the
said clause.

Participating in tender of the"offer of services" by Ministry of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science

2017, 2018.
(A4) not be currently under asuspension of business order as
instructed by the President.

concerned going to be prescriptivein (77th number of law in 1991).
(A6) Maintain the system to havean appropriate protection crackdown
about handling of the personalinformation which makes the kind
the name, the address, the phonenumber telephone number, the
starting work location and this.(For getting approval of privacy
mark)
(A7) Establish informationsecurities management architecture.
(ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001 iscertified.)
(A8) The thing as which ISO9001by a foundation Japanese
conformability authorizationsociety of public interests or the
examination registration engineauthorized by an overseas
authorization engine is certified.Or possess quality system equal to
this.
