② have Grade A and B on "Offer of services" in Kanto・Koushinetsu Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025・2026・2027
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director of Budget and Accounts Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 30th May, 2025
⑻ Time limit for tender : 16 : 00, 19th June, 2025
