| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Katsuya Yamashita, Director, National Hospital Organization Toyohashi Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity of public officebu-ilding(6,600V) contract : 4,464,179kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 September 2025 through 31 August 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Toyohashi Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors,Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said case ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ; ④ It must be a person as the general electric utility based on regulations of the electricity enterprises act who is doing based on regulations of permitted person or this law as for specific scale electric entrepreneur's written report ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the places specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M. 16 June 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Planning Division, National Hosptal Organiza- tion Toyohashi Medical Center, 50 Hamamichigami Imure-chou, Toyohashi-shi, Aichi-Pref 440-8510, Japan.
