⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
③ assume a three-party contract. have the Grade A or B "Sales of product" and "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2025. Satisfy the following ④
④ have the Grade A or B "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2025.
⑤ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 3 : 00 PM, 28 May 2025. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM, 26 May 2025. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
