in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
C)not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
D)acquire the electronic certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement System
