SOMEYA Takenobu, the obligated officer, Director-General of Financial Bureau, General Secretariat, Supreme Court. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : ①Procurement part of National Police Agency : 15, 28 ②Procurement part of Supreme Court : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Renewal of devices with some functions for the enforcement of the Interception of Telecommunications 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
