This system will be composed of Electronic medical record system (System possess medical record function and ordering function indicated as below) {including first and re-consultation, prescription, injection, medication instruction, blood and physiological examinations, radiographic examination, treatment, operation, blood transfusion, Hospitalization procedures and ward moving, directions for meal preparation, nutritional instruction, diagnosis, directions for nursing, reference of examination results, reference of web imaging and report, reference of body temperature profile, reservations, re-consultation, general examination, radiographic examination, endoscopic examination, rehabilitation, hospitalization and others}, Medical accounting system (including connection to financial accounting system of NHO), Receivables management, Medicine management system, Nursing record management system, Radiological management system (including RIS, radiological treatment, PACS (connecting to the existing system) report, statistics), Endoscopic examination system, Physiological examination system, Pathological examination, Specimen examination, Bacteriological examination system, Mobile management system, Medical examination guide display system, Distribution management system, Remote work environment system, Medical Record Management system, ECG image filing system, Nutrition management system, Surgical system, Perinatal management system, Parturition monitoring system, Medical certificate creation support system, Hospital internal information system (including group ware), Blood transfusion management system, Rehabilitation support system, Data warehouse, Electronic prescription, Two-factor authentication system, Ransomware countermeasures, Automatic payment machine, Automatic patient registration card issuing machine, Connection to out-side network system (including Medical treatment cooperation system connection) and Building a network and others. This system points to be a multi vendorsystem to integrate the control, reference and management of the whole business in our facility ② This system provides the communication tools and the data formats with the international standard specification, such as newest DICOM or HL 7 protocols to exchange the patient basic information, the clinical data and the image information smoothly ③ This system possess functions to manage the longterm and the comprehensive clinical information of the patients independently from the database for business use ④ This system is to possess enough data processors, terminal units and networks to attain requirements above ⑤ This system is to have interfaces for the medical equipment and the system being used in each section ⑥ The system which is indispensable to the hospital business is to be automated system operation for 24 hours. It can beapplied safety and easily. And this system fully takes measures to cope with the situation of system failure ⑦ The access permission of the data corresponding to a user class can be set up. And the protection of the privacy and a security countermeasure (including ransomware countermeasures) are sufficient ⑧ Renewal of the data on the active hospital information system at present and a smooth switchover to the new system can be done ⑨ This system is to be based on the newest technology to support hospital management and medical care task. And operational environment and response time cancope with actual medical care.
