⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cloud Migration, operation and maintenance of the Environmental Assessment Database System "EADAS" in FY-2025.

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② Have Grade A or B "Software Development" and "Information Processing" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. However A or B in terms of the qualification in the categories of "Software Development" and "Information Processing" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025, 2026 and 2027.
