⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ have engineers on ship building, being a person who has experience in drawing examination, technical guidance and supervision, etc. on construction of an aluminum alloy inspection vessel of higher than aggregate tona-ge 20t, investigation ship, training ship between the past 20.
⑤ prove not to be a period of receivi-ng nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time limit for tenders : 1 : 59 P.M., 11 March, 2025 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 10 March, 2025)
