| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yasuyuki Hata, Director-General for Environmental Policy ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation and maintenance and modification of J-Credit registry system in fiscal 2025. ⑷ Specifications : Refer to each documen-tations ⑸ Fulfillment period : By 31 March, 2026 ⑹ Fulfillment Place : Refer to each specifications ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : 1)not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. 2)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. 3)are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. 4)The applicant must have been rated A, B, C, or D in the "Information Processing" or "Software Development" category of the "Service Provision" category of the Ministry of the Environment's 2022, 2023, or 2024 competitive bidding quali-fications (unified qualifications for all ministries and agencies) by the time of bid opening.
