| Summay of notice | ⑴ Content of the procurement ① Classification of the products to be procured : 17 ② Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Lease of vehicle ③ Particulars and others of procurement title : As shown in the tender documen-tation. ④ Period of contract : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑤ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑥ Tendering method : The tendering amount will be made at the total price. In determining the successful tender, an amount equal to 10% of the amount stated in the tender shall be added to the amount. Regardless of whether the tenderer is a taxable business operator or a tax-exempt business operator subject to consumption tax, the tenderer must indicate in the tender an amount equivalent to 100/110 of the estimated contract amount. ⑵ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D "Provision of service and others" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, 2024. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request from the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Are not the business operators whose management is practically controlled by gangsters or a person who has been excluded from government procurement by Japanese government. ⑥ Are not excluded from participating in the bidding based on the Outline of the Measures for Expulsion of Boryokudan from Public Works in Osaka Prefecture, Osaka Prefectural Ordinance of Expulsion of Boryokudan from Public Works, or do not fall under the category stipulated in the Appendix of the said Outline ⑦ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑶ Place for tender submission and others ① Place for tender submission, place which indicates the contract provisions, place of delivery of explanatory booklet and contact point for the notice : Second National Expense Team, Finance Section, General Affairs Department, Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters, 3-1-11 Otemae Chuo-ku Osaka-shi Osaka 540-8540 JAPAN.
