| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting entity : Masaharu Kibe, Commissioned Contract Officer of the Accounting & Finance Squadron, The 9th Air Wing, Japan Air Self Defense Force. ⑵ Classification number ID of the service to be procured : 89 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the service to be required : Such as planting of seedlings, which are improved native species of Iwadareso. ⑷ Delivery period : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have grade A, B or C on "Offer of Services etc." in the Kyushu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Defense (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Prove that they can provide the services etc. on the standard and quantity specified by this notice. ⑤ Not be suspected from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 00, 10 January, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Takechi, Contracting Section, Accounting & Finance Squadron, The 9th Air Wing, Japan Air Self Defense Force, 301 Touma, Naha-city, Okinawa-prefecture, 901-0194 Japan.
