| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tadashi Motohashi, Chief of Finance section, Imperial Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 16 ⑶ The purchase titles and the number of items : Installation of Infrared sensor system, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : 30, September 2025. ⑸ Fulfillment place : Imperial Palace 1 Chiyoda Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 or 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ②Have Grade A, B or C "Offer of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders required by the Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years of 2022, 2023, and 2024. ③Are not being suspended from Transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④Not be the business operators that anti-Social forces influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Japanese Government is continuing state concerned. ⑤Be able to be checked by Imperial Guard Headquarters about policy, training and management regarding confidenciality. ⑥Beable to perform the contract and able to submit documents that prove it. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 10 : 30 a.m., 30 January, 2025 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Finance Division, Imperial Guard Headquarters, 1-3 Chiyoda Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-0001 Japan.
