⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures :
Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 8 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
② Not come under Article 9 Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for NARO.
③ Have Grade A, B, C or D on "selling of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NARO (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for Application for confirmation of qualification for participating in tender and Proposal : 5 : 00 PM, 10, January 2025.
⑻ Time limit for tender (Mailing) : 5 : 00 PM. 30, January 2025.
⑼ Time limit for tender (Bringing) : 11 : 00 AM. 31, January 2025.
