| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IWASA Tetsuya, Director General, Statistics Bureau, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Manufacturing of bags for survey documents for the 2025 Population Census 1 set. ⑷ Contract period : As the specification. ⑸ Delivery place : As the specification. ⑹ Language and currency which tender shall use in tendering procedures : Japanese and Japanese currency. ⑺ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under conservator-ship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③satisfy the Grade A or Grade B or Grade C qualification that is Office supplies on "manufacture of product" or "sales of product" in the Kanto・Koushinetsu district.
