① Electricity contract 1,150kW. The estimated electricity for the year 4,823,000 kWh
② Electricity contract 65kW. The estimated electricity for the year 78,600kWh
③ Electricity contract 68kW. The estimated electricity for the year 72,000kWh
⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2025 through 31 March, 2026
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ have registration of the electricity retail business in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
⑤ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑦ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M., 29 November, 2024 (tenders submitted by mail 5 : 00 P.M., 28 November, 2024)
