(A1) Not come under Article 8Cabinet Order concerning the
Contract for NARO.
(A2) Not come under Article 9Cabinet Order concerning the
Contract for NARO.
(A3) Have Grade A, B, C or D on"manufacturing and selling of
products" in terms of thequalification for participating in
tenders by NARO (Singlequalification for every ministry
and agency) in the fiscal years2016, 2017 and 2018.
(A4) Not being suspended fromtransactions by the request of the
officials in charge of contract.
(A5) Be an Electricity Retailerregistered under the Article 2-2 of
the Electricity Business Act.
(A6) Fulfill the requirementmentioned in the tender manual that
are stated from the viewpoint ofreducing CO.
