⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institution for Youth Education (NIYE).
② Not come under Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for NIYE.
③ Have the following Grade qualification, for each item in 5⑶ above,
B, C, D, F, G, H, I have Grade A, BorC in "Sales of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2024.
A, E, J have Grade A, B, C or D in "Sales of Products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in the fiscal year 2024.
④ Have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑤ Not be currently under suspension of business order as instructed by contractor.
⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
⑺ Time limit for the submission of tender : 12 : 00, 8, November, 2024.
