⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institute of Technology.
B have the Grade A or Grade B qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products.
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
E meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director-General may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation.
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Obligating Officer Director-General.
