Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B, C and D on "Sale" in the Kanto and Koushin-etsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of Director General, Bureau of Finance and Equipment. ⑻ Time Limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 11 Oct. 2024 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Procurement Division, The 4th air Depot.
