B The applicant must not be under suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination Related to Contracts of the Independent Administrative Institution Livestock Breeding Center or the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. C have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by single qualification for every and agency. or in tenders by National Livestock Breeding Center in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024. D A person whose business status or creditworthiness is not deemed to have deteriorated to an extreme degree, and who can ensure proper performance of the contract. E The person must be registered as a retail electricity business pursuant to the provisions of Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act.
