with Article 2-2 of the aforesaidLaw and who have the electricity
supply results which it suppliesconsumers excepting the person who
request participating in thetendering procedure, and term of a
contract completed.
3) [(A2)2) needs onlypertinence] Being the person who
can confirm the electricity supplyresults by copying of the contract
which it supplies consumersexcepting the person who request
participating in the tenderingprocedure, and term of a contract
completed.
