Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B or C in "Provision of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the requirements qualification which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time limit for the tender : From 8 : 30 15th to 17 : 00 19th on August ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section, Medical Correction Center in West Japan, 8-80 Tadei-cho, Sakai-ku, Sakai-shi, Osaka, 590-0014 Japan.
