B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Kinki area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency. C prove to have the ability to deliver the products, repuired by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer, D prove to have the ability to rent the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products repuested through this notice be rent by a third party, prove to have prepared a system to provide maintenance for the rent products, E meet the qualification requirements which the Chairperson, the Contract for Nara National Institute of Higher Education and Reserch Furthermore may specify in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation.
