B have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2024 in the Kanto･Koushin-etsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, which is Single qualification for every ministry and agency, as described in Section 1 of Article 6 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
C meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 6 concerning the Contract for The National Center for University Entrance Examinations,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
