Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Global Health and Medicine ; C have Grade A, B, C or D in "Manufacture of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region ; D prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ; E prove that they can deliver the thing on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; F meet the qualification requirementswhich the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 2 : 00 P.M.
