⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be rent : Servers and other equipment related to the system of Private School Promotion Division and purchase of peripherals
⑷ Fulfillment period : From 26, June, 2024 through 31, August, 2030
⑸ Rent place : PMAC office.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the AccountsofficialregulationsofPMAC.
Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer.
③ have the Grade A, B or C "Sales of product" and "Offer of services"in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry of Japan in the fiscal years 2024.
④ prove to have met the qualification requirements which the PMAC specify.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 1 : 30 PM 26 June, 2024. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 24, June, 2024. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
