| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Yoshino The Obligating Officer, Director Administration Department, Japan Organization of Occupational Health and Safety Kagawa Rosai Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : About 20,800,000kWh Electricity ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, August, 2024 through 31, July, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Kagawa Rosai Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Shikoku Region, ④ A person who has obtained permission as a general electricity utility pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Electricity Business Law, or has been notified as a specified-scale electricity utility pursuant to the provisions of Article 16-2, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.
