⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 4 and 5 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for Cultural Heritage,
B not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Deputy Director,
C have the Grade A, B or C qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023, 2024 in the Kinki area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
D have registered as conduct gas retail business of the Gas Business Act, Article 3,
E meet the qualification requirements which may be specified by the Deputy Director,
