Summay of notice ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masahide Kimoto, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES)

⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased, operated and maintained : NIES' networking service devices 1 set, as well as operating and maintaining the networking devices.
⑷ Lease period : from March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2030

⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① Not come under Article 10 of the Public Service Reform Act (notwithstanding paragraph 11)
② have Grade A or Grade B in terms of the qualification in the categories of "manufacturing of products", "selling products" or "offer of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ;
③ Not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
④ are a medium and small sized companywith technical capabilities who can either prove their record of productionachievements of equivalent or higher specification with respect to the proposed tender or granted of a specific subsidy from Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or equivalent subsidies ; however, provided that any medium and small sized company who can prove technical capabilities with respect tothe competitive product production mayparticipate in the tender although ranked lower than indicated above in ② ;
⑤ are capable of lending the lease products, or are certified to be able to loan the lease products through a third party if the suppliers will loan them through it ;
⑥ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the lease products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the lease products concerned ;
⑦ are not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract ;
⑧ meet the qualification requirements which may be specified the National Institute for Environmental Studies.
