B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2023 in the Tohoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
C meet the qualification requirements which President, The National University Corporation Iwate University may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation,
D not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, The National University Corporation Iwate University.
