| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Futagawa Toshimasa, Director, Administration Department, National Leprosarium Tama-Zenshoen ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : About 778,000㎥ City gas supply for National Leprosarium Tama-Zenshoen. ⑷ Delivery period : From April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : National Leprosarium Tama-Zenshoen ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposedtender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ have Grade A, B or C of level in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Kanto-kosinetsu Region ; ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ meet the qualification requirement which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑥ have permission to be general gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law, or have registered as a gas utility enterprise in accordance with Article 37-7-2 or Article 37-9, of the same law ⑦ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
