| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning Service of Tokyo International Exchange Center, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1, April, 2024 through 31, March, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause, ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting, ③ have the Grade A in terms of the qualifications for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koushin'etsu region in the fiscal year, 2023, 2024, 2025. ④ not come under crime syndicate members provided Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members, ⑤ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑥ have the following experience for a period exceeding one year in the past three years. ⑴ Cleaning for buildings with a total floor area of 65,000㎡ or more (including work for multiple buildings on the same site with a total floor area of 65,000㎡). ⑵ Facility management services for buildings with a total floor area of 15,000㎡ or more that include offices or spaces which have capacity for more than 300 people. ⑦ have the ISO14000 series and ISO9000 series. ⑧ have the privacy mark or system to protect individual information. ⑺ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 7, March, 2024 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 6-18-2 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan 104-8112 TEL 03-6743-6022 |
