| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SAITOU Kaoru, Deputy Director of General Affairs Department, Tokai Local Finance Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 73 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Production of a flyer in newspapers. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the day of concluding a contract through 27 December 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tendering documentation ⑹ Time limit for the receipt of relevant documents for the qualification : 17 : 00 6 March 2024 ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 14 March 2024 ⑻ Qualifications for Participating in the Tendering Procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Have Grade A or B for the classification of "provision of services, etc." as provided for in the qualification for participating in tenders by organizations related to the Ministry of Finance (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024, and be eligible to participate in tendering procedures in the Tokai・Hokuriku area. ② Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ③ Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc. from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤ Not be judged to be inappropriate as the other party to a contract on account of having violated any of the clauses of a contract, or having committed any illegal or unfair act with an official-in-charge from the relevant local bureaus, branch bureaus, divisions, or offices. ⑥ Be a person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : The fourth section, National Property Managing Department, Tokai Local Finance Bureau, 3-3-1 Sannomaru Naka-ku Nagoya-shi Aichi 460-8521 Japan TEL : 052-951-1710 ⑽ Language for making inquiries : Japanese ⑾ For details, refer to tender explanation. |
