⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
〓 Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause
〓 Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
〓 Have Grade A, B or C in "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024
〓 Do not violate labor-related laws and regulations
〓 Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents
〓 Are not currently in the suspension period for nomination by Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
〓 Are in compliance with Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare-related laws and regulations for 1 year
〓 Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
〓 Apply to the system (Welfare Pension or National Pension, Health insurance (for those who are governed by National Health Insurance Association), Seamen's Insurance, Labor Insurance) and not have failed to pay the insurance fees
〓 It has been sent for violation of laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare within the past year, and the fact has not been announced.
