| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kujirai Yoshinori, Director General, Tohoku Regional Bureau of Health and Welfare. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : Liquid Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer, 1 set ⑷ Lease period : From July 1, 2024 through March 31, 2029 ⑸ Lease place : As described in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
