| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : HIRAMITSU Nobutaka, Obligating Officer, Director General of Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : City gas to be used in Kudan Common Government Office No. 2 ; Estimated annual consumption of 160,668㎥. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2025. ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C in "Sale of products" in the Kanto Koushinetsu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024. ④Have registered as a retail gas enterprise in accordance with Article 3, of the Gas Business Act. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 22 February, 2024. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : OKAMOTO Gisho, Finance Division, General Affairs Department, Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau, 1-1-15 Kudanminami Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, 102-8225 Japan.
