C not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by Independent Administrative Institution National Museum of Art
D have a track record of operating websites by the government agency domain (go.jp) in the past.
E have a track record of designing integrated databases and search/browsing websites in the arts and culture fields of ministries and prefectures.
F have a track record of system design using the following 6 technologies used in existing systems.
①GraphQ ②RDF ③Nuxt.js ④Word Press ⑤AWS (Appsync, RDS, Open Search)
