Equipment to liquefy purified helium gas.
② Liquefaction compressor
Equipment that stably supplies helium gas to the helium liquefaction equipment.
③ Liquefaction equipment operation monitoring system
A device that displays the real-time operation status of each facility in the system.
④ Transfer tube (Triple tube)
Piping that transfers liquid helium from the helium liquefaction equipment to the liquid helium tank.
⑤ Transfer tube (Double tube) 2 unit
Piping to transfer liquid helium from the helium liquefaction equipment to the liquid helium tank.
Piping to transfer helium gas from the liquid helium tank to the helium liquefaction equipment.
⑥ Vacuum insulation piping for liquid nitrogen
Piping to transfer liquid nitrogen to the helium liquefaction equipment.
⑦ Chiller for cooling water
A device used to cool the turbine of the helium liquefaction equipment.
