⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Articles 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting
② have Grade A or B on "manufacture of product" or "sale of product" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Geospatial Information Authority of Japan from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procurement system

⑦ have been registered as an electric retailing enterprise in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law
