| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazutoshi Komatsu, Warden of the Kakogawa Prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : about Medium pressure gas 204,810㎥ and Low pressure gas 24,770㎥ Gas to use in Kakogawa Prison ⑷ Delivery period : From the meter reading day of April 2024 until the meter reading day of April 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : The place designated by the Warden of the Kakogawa Prison ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" in Kinki Region in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Person undergoing registration of a "Gas Retailer Business" on the Gas Business Act. ⑤Suppliers who in tend to put in a bid without above qualifications may be eligible only if they will be entitled to the qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and rated relevant ⑺ Time limit for tender : 13 : 30, 2 February 2024 (Tenderers participating by mail : 17 : 00, 1 February 2024). ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section of the Kakogawa Prison. 1530 Ono Kakogawacho Kakogawashi Hyogo 675-0061.
