③ have the Grade A, B or C "sales of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2024.
④ have permission to be a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Utility Industry Law.
⑺ Time-limit of tender : 3 : 00 PM 30, January, 2024. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 25, January, 2024. Whether they are mailed or brought to us by a messenger.
