| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : INOUE Kenji, Director General Hokkaido District Transport Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to use in Sapporo transportation branch office and others ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2024 through 31, March, 2025 ⑸ Delivery place : Sapporo Transport Branch Office and 7 other Offices ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. and also have not received suspension of nomination by Director-General Hokkaido District Transport Bureau. ③ Have Grade A or B "Sale of product" in Hokkaido area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law ⑤ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑥ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00, 25, December, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : SAKURABA Hirofumi, Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division, Hokkaido District Transport Bureau, Nishi 10-chome, Odori, Chuo-ku, Sapporo city, Hokkaido, 060-0042 Japan TEL 011-290-2713 |
