| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Toshiaki Onitsuka, Director, Nationl Hospital Organization Sakakibara Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Nationl Hospital Organization Sakakibara Hospital ⑷ Delivery period : From February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Hospital Organization Sakakibara Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding acontract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Manufacturers of products" or "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Tokai-Hokuriku Region ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 P.M.
