⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Provision, Operation and Maintenance of the Video Streaming Service infrastructure for the House of Councillors and 4 other Web systems, 1 set
⑷ Period : (Construction) From 1 January 2024 To 31 August 2024. (Operation and Maintenance) From 1 September, 2024 to 31 December, 2028.
⑸ Place of implementation : as designated in the tender document.
⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender shall be those who :
① do not come under Articles 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② do not come under Articles 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have Grade A on "provision of service" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the House of Councillors (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024.
④ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the House of Councillors.
⑤ Do not be a person receiving a nomination stop from the Government Agencies.
⑥ meet the qualification requirement which the obligate officer may specify in accordance with the Article 73 of the Cabinet Order.
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 25 December, 2023
