| Summay of notice | ⑴ Contracting Entity : FUKUHARA Tadahiko, President of The Promotion and Mutual Aid Corporation for Private Schools of Japan (referred to as PMAC) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Cleaning services of Tokyo Rinkai Hospital 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April, 2024 through 31 March, 2025 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 25 and 26 of the Accounts official regulations of PMAC. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorships or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the obligating officer. ③ have the Grade A or B "Offer of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tender by every ministry and agency of Japan in the fiscal years 2024. ④ prove to have met the Qualification requirements which the PMAC specify. ⑺ Time-limit of tender : 3 : 00 PM 6, December, 2023. The tender documents must reach us without fail by 5 : 00 PM 4, December.
