② Have Grade A, B or C on "selling of products" in Tohoku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency)
③ Do not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Tohoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the tender to Bid Opening
④ Have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned
⑤ Have proven to be possible to deliver the products concerned quickly and certainly
⑥ The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
⑦ Not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned
