③ Not have capital relationship and/or personnel relationship with other bidders

⑤ Prove experience of creating various public relations media (flyers, posters and novelties) from fiscal 2013
⑥ Prove experience in creating and posting banner advertisements and taking web surveys from fiscal 2013
