⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the regulation concerning the contract that NITE makes.
② have Grade A, B or C (sale of product) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by NITE (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024.
③ have registered in accordance with Article 2-2, Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
④ fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO.
